工艺装备 (Processing equipment)
机加工能力:拥有数控平面钻床、立车、卧车、刨床、钻床、镗磨铣多功能一体机床等机加工设备30台。
Machining capacity: we have more than 30 sets of machining equipments, including NC plane drilling machine, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, planer, integrated machine with boring, grinding and milling functions.
切割能力:GSII-4500D数控火焰等离子切割机、美国Hypertherm Max200 等离子切割机、泛洋PC系列离子切割机、日本小池酸素KOIKE系列切割设备。
Cutting capacity: GSII-4500D NC flame plasma cutting machine, USA Hypertherm Max200 plasma cutting machine, Fanyang PC series cutting machine, Japan KOIKE series cutting equipment.
焊接能力:自动埋弧焊机8台、2台全自动管板氩弧焊机、日本松下Panasonic TSP300钨氩弧焊机等焊接设备50余台。
Welding capacity: 8 sets of automatic submerged arc welding machines , 2 sets of full automatic tube plate argon arc welders ,more than 50 sets of Panasonic TSP300 tungsten electrode argon arc welder, etc..
基础装备能力:W11-35×3000自动卷板机、9M铣边机、剪板机、35吨行吊等基础装备40余台。
Basic equipment capacity: more than 40 sets of W11-35×3000 automatic rolling machines, 9M edge milling machines, shearing machines, 35T cranes, etc..
理化及检测能力:低温冲击试验槽、高速碳硫分析仪、万能试验机、便携式及台式硬度计和测厚仪、金相分析仪等全套理化实验设备。
Physical and chemical inspection capacity: low temperature impact testing channel, high speed carbon-sulfur analyzer, multi-function testing machine, portable and desk-type hardness meter, thickness meter, metallographic analyzer, etc..
无损检测能力:拥有RT、UT、PT、MT等全套检测设备及专业的检测队伍。
